Charles M.R. Vethan
Charles M.R. Vethan earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Alberta. Mr. Vethan served as an editor on the law review, The International Lawyer. He has authored articles on international letters of credit, the role of insurance defense counsel in complex litigation matters, and presented courses, through the National Business Institute, to attorneys and CPAs on corporate structure and governance.
Mr. Vethan is Board Certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbbell. The AV rating is awarded to attorneys with very high to preeminent legal ability, expertise, and professionalism in their field of practice.
Mr. Vethan’s area of practice is in commercial law, corporate law, and intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, non-disclosures).
Aaron Guerrero
Mr. Guerrero was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. Aaron is licensed in the State of Texas and in the United States District Courts of the Southern District of Texas.
Mr. Guerrero’s allocates almost his entire practice to litigation. He has experience in numerous facets of the law including real estate disputes, construction litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property matters.
