Carl Tucker
Carl Tucker was born and raised in North Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at Austin College. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Tulsa University School of Law, where he was a contributor to the prestigious Energy Law Journal and President of the Delta Theta Legal Fraternity and of the School’s OTLA/ATLA Organization. Mr. Tucker obtained his license to practice law in Texas in 1991.
Mr. Tucker worked as a partner for a large plaintiff’s firm in Dallas handling complex civil litigation for over 10 years. Subsequently, he opened his own firm and began representing clients throughout South Texas in personal injury and complex civil litigation claims. Mr. Tucker moved to Houston where he continues to represent clients in these claims and advises other law firms on representing their clients. Mr. Tucker works with The Vethan Law Firm representing businesses and individuals involving a wide range of issues and claims. Mr. Tucker has extensive experience in all facets of litigation from initial evaluation of claims through first chair trials to both the bench and juries.
